There are numerous training options available for consideration by our overseas customers:
Training Option 1
If there is only 1 person that requires training, it can work out very cost effectively to send that person to Synergy in South Africa for our regularly scheduled public courses in one of our training centres located in Durban or Cape Town.
Training rates are ZAR 2,600 per user per day
Synergy has conducted training for overseas customers based on this option. Believe it or not, even though there is an overseas flight involved, the total cost for this training still works out considerably more cost effective than a trainee attending training in the UK or elsewhere in Europe.
Synergy will also look to reschedule the local training dates to fit in with an overseas customers’ requirements.
Training Option 2
This would involve a Synergy Trainer travelling to the UK / Europe to conduct training at a company for a number of users and possibly a number of different courses. From our experience it is best to limit the number of attendees on a course to between 6 and 8 attendees. This way, we feel confident that all attendees will get the necessary personalized attention.

The issue of accommodation and transportation, e.g. taxi’s; metro/subway,etc.

Catering
Catering for course lunches to be arranged for training by the host company.

Synergy has created a customized PowerPlay User training manual. These can be printed at the host company to avoid the above possible costs.

Course Customisation for User Courses (Recommended)
Course customisation involves training users on their own data. This eliminates the 'double learning curve' that students can experience when trained using generic data. Students learn how to use the solution in a course that is more relevant to their daily jobs which enables them to quickly be more productive.
This training involves hands on demo’s working with their company data as well as workshops with task tables which can be used for reference purposes after the course.
Course customisation requires consulting for a minimum of 8 hours per day of training. For example, a 2 day PowerPlay User course would require 2 days of consulting.
